Principal Consultant Russell S. Adler has decades of experience coaching lawyers and strategizing on cases to maximize recoveries. Russ spent 27 years as a Civil Trial Lawyer (between 1986-2013) and tried over 200 jury trials to verdict in personal injury cases arising from auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, sexual abuse and other torts. Russ Adler’s notable verdicts and settlements include:
$27 Million verdict in sexual abuse case;
$8 million verdict in wrongful death case against Chinese fireworks manufacturer;
$6 million verdict against United Parcel Service for workers compensation retaliatory discharge;
$3.2 million verdict (inclduding $700,000 in punitive damages) against Bank of America for mistaking a customer for a bank robber;
$1.6 million verdict in products liability case for burns caused by design defect in defective kitchen equipment;
$662,000 verdict against Uninsured Motorist carrier for nonsurgical spinal injuries from car crash;
$650,000 verdict against LA Fitness for failing to have a Defibrillator in wrongful death case by Estate of member who had cardiac arrest;
$450,000 verdict against Greyhound Bus Lines for failing to render aid to diabetic passenger;
Several sexual abuse cases against churches and others (confidential settlements).

Russ received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The University of Florida in 1983, and then attended Nova Southeastern University Law School through 1986 when he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree. He was a member of The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida from 1986-2013. Russ is past President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association (2007) and former member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), American Justice Association (AJA), and The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He was a frequent lecturer and CLE Instructor on topics relating to the handling and trial of personal injury cases, technology and numerous other topics.
